1. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 12 December 2008.

2. The competition is open to New Zealand residents, excluding employees of Spicers Paper, their families and associated companies and agents.

3. Shortlisted designs will be chosen by Spicers Paper for display in the online Voting Gallery at www.pimpmypaper.co.nz.

4. One overall winner and three runners-up will be chosen based on a vote by visitors to the site. Voting closes March 6 2009. Spicers Paper reserves the right to make the final choice of winner.

5. The overall winner will receive a MacBook Air notebook computer, and the three runners-up will each receive a 16Gb iPod Nano.

6. Copyright in all winning designs will pass to Spicers Paper. The designs may be used for promotional or other purposes.

7. Winners consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
